Track Your Order
To see the status of your order, you have to login to "Your Account", click on See Orders and you will see all your orders in a list. Click on the order you want to track and it will display the status of the order.
If you are looking to track an order you recently placed via our "Guest Checkout" method, input your order number below to track your order's status. Please note:
Please allow 24-48 hours for the UPS system to update before tracking your order.
If your order is under one pound and under $80, your order may be shipped by USPS First Class (Packages are delivered in an average of 7-14 days to any destination) or Priority Mail (Packages are delivered in an average of 2-5 days to any destination). Packages shipped USPS do not have a tracking number and cannot be tracked.
Order Statuses
Pending Approval
The Order hasnt been approved yet. After Payment Information is Verified, we will Approve and the status will be Pending Fulfillment.
Pending Fulfillment
The Order has been Approved and it is ready to leave the Warehouse.
Pending Billing
The order has shipped and your card will be charged. A Tracking Number has been emailed.
Billed
Order was Shipped and Charged.
Cancelled
Payment couldnt be Verified.
We ship Fedex, USPS and occasionally UPS, so please make sure you are entering the tracking number in the corresponding carrier's site.
