When will my order ship?

We usually ship all our orders the same or next business day the order was placed. Sometimes, you may expect a slight delay of 2 days. We have a 99% same day shipping rate.

On average your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days.

How long will it take after my order ships?

%95 of the time you will receive your order within 2 days. Depending on harsh weather conditions or any other reason may delay your order by 1 or 2 days.

How do I get my order tracking number?

The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping. Alternatively, you can check the TonerDeals.com online order status by clicking here.

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by the shipper.. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If you have not received your order in the time given or your tracking number doesn’t display any info in after 1 -2 days, please call the carrier (USPS or Fedex). If you don’t get an answer we will be very happy to help you.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

If the item appears to have obvious damage by the Shipping company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping company.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), email our customer service for Order Status. Click Here.

Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

Unlike most inkjet websites, we do deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business days to process and should arrive within 5 to 7working days. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times.

Duplicated Orders

Most of our orders are approved automatically by a set of filters we have, to make that process faster for customers. Please make sure to contact our Customer Service or Sales Department if you believe your order has been duplicated. TonerDeals.com will not take responsibility for doubled orders, although you will of course be allowed to return the duplicate shipment.

Missing Items and Shipping Claims

TonerDeals.com will only accept claims up to 3 days after the package was delivered to your shipping address.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?

We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to weight and size. In some occasions we shipped from another warehouse.

Why did they separate the packages of my order?

Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that the shipping company may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally. Currently, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico, other US territories.

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. We can help you but we cant guarantee a fast turnaround on this.

Can you send my order COD?

Due to high costs associated with COD orders, we cannot ship any orders COD.


We're taking care your orders until is delivered. If package is delivered from UPS or FedEx and you did not get the item we will not accept any responsibilities therefore you need to check your tracking number so often until you receive the package, also we strongly recommend to contact with shipping company for any shipping problem

Name brand OEM (original) cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you encounter problems or receive a defective cartridge please contact the manufacturer for their return procedure. We do not accept returns on OEM (Originals) products.
